I really enjoyed reading these stories, both for the content and your reminiscent tone. It sounds so much like the co-ops I've lived in!
I found it kind of sad to think that this vibrant co-op community existed at one time, but now is reduced to one or two mentions on the internet. But then, talking to some of my co-op friends, I learned that Lincoln Miller from the house you lived in went on to be one of the founders of Masala co-op and the Boulder Housing Coalition, which are thriving. So that is a nice, optimistic footnote to this story.
If you ever feel like posting more reminisces (either about the co-op or other times)--I always enjoy reading them.
